Our Promise
monarc, LLC is a mental health practice affiliated with The Arc Northern Chesapeake Region, dedicated to creating a community where every person, regardless of ability, has access to high-quality mental health care that promotes dignity, independence, and a personally valued life.
We are committed to reducing barriers and expanding access to essential mental health supports for people of all abilities. Through a continuum of services and a warm, person-centered approach, we strive to encourage every person on their journey toward wellness.
Who We Serve
Our services are open to:
- People receiving support from The Arc NCR
- People in Harford and Cecil Counties with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (IDD)
- Anyone in the community seeking compassionate, personalized mental health care
