Inclusive & Accessible
monarc, LLC, an affiliate of The Arc Northern Chesapeake Region (The Arc NCR), was founded to provide trauma-informed, compassionate, and accessible mental health services specifically designed to meet the needs of people with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (IDD), while remaining available to the broader community.
Guided by The Arc NCR’s mission, monarc was created to:
- Reduce barriers to care for people with IDD
- Expand access to essential, evidence-based mental health supports
- Deliver compassionate, person-centered services tailored to the unique needs of each individual
We are committed to creating a community where mental health care is inclusive, accessible, and designed to empower people with IDD to live their fullest lives.
